IntelliEvent just wrapped its latest live learning session in Ontario, Canada! The in-person event took place at the majestic Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls July 20-22, 2022 with an amazing group of customers. The three day program included an array of training sessions, networking opportunities and tons of fun, including wine tasting, golf and a tour behind Niagara Falls!

“It was great to finally connect with customers from Mexico and Canada, too! The week was full of networking and learning surrounded by incredible scenery. The collaboration of our Lightning family is unique. Not only do our customers learn from each other, but I even learned from them, and together, we are headed in the right direction. I respect the work our customers do and after spending four days with them, I know they also have respect for the work we do and appreciate our requests for their feedback. “After a long period of Zoom only customer and team engagement it was awesome to get reunited. It was so good to see our customers engaged in our training sessions, providing plenty of well thought out feedback and some really cool software suggestions. This is what helps us maintain our customer focus. There were lots of opportunities to break bread, tip a few beers and get to know our customers better. The Dev session on Friday was excellent, Andrew Ehler live at the Oast Brewery and Kusal (via Zoom from Monterey) taking questions from our attendees and providing insight into our Lightning roadmap and recently released new features. There were plenty of positive comments from our customers attending the event and many are looking forward to the IntelliEvent Profitability Summit in Monterey!”
